• Phased Progressive Die Program: a solution that helps AKS to support varying project volumes. Components of individual dies used in prototyping or interim production can be reused as program volumes "ramp-up".  This approach dramatically lowers the overall cost of a program and slashes the time required to move into high-volume manufacturing.

• Tape-and-Reel Packaging: a solution offering virtually hands-off handling of sensitive or delicate parts. The product is shipped in reels that allow customers to quickly move the product into their own assembly operations without extensive tracking, material handling or unpackaging. Tape-and-Reel packaging is ideally suited for customers whose assembly plants have "pick-and-place" assembly machines.
